Dave M. Gary, P.E., President
Dave has been involved in heavy and industrial construction since 1979. He is currently President of Wolf Construction, Inc. Since joining Wolf Construction, Inc. in 1985, Dave has been instrumental in the growth and success of the company. As president, Dave is involved in all aspects of the Company, however, he excels and takes pride in his ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships. These clients include Del Monte Pet Foods, Goodyear Tire & Rubber, Westar Energy, BNSF Railway and the Water & Wastewater Departments of the City of Topeka and numerous Rural Water Districts across northeast Kansas. Dave maintains these relationships by listening to the client’s concerns, understanding the client’s needs and providing successful solutions on a consistent basis.
Dustin M. Gary, EI.T., Vice President
Dustin has been a Project Manager with Wolf Construction since 2005 and has extensive experience in the construction of industrial facilities. With his educational training, he brings current and relevant academic knowledge to the team. Having spent every spare moment working for Wolf Construction while pursuing his education, Dustin brings an experienced, practical and well-rounded management approach to the design and construction of each of his projects.
Craig A. Hillman, P.E., Vice President
Craig has worked as a Project Manager and a Designer on a wide variety of industrial and municipal projects since joining Wolf Construction in 2001. Craig maintains continuous relationships with his clients both past and present and strives to deliver projects that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Prior to joining Wolf Construction, Craig spent eight years with a full service consulting engineering firm providing mechanical and electrical system design for a variety of municipal, commercial and industrial projects. Craig’s combination of work experiences and past projects are valuable to his clients when developing and coordinating design-build projects.
Wolf Blaser, Jr., Lead Estimator
Wolf has been around industrial and infrastructure construction his entire life and has been a Project Manager with Wolf Construction since 1993. He has extensive experience in the construction of water and wastewater pumping and treatment facilities. Wolf’s dedication to clients’ needs and his thorough understanding of industrial construction methods are invaluable assets to any project. He enjoys the unique challenges that each job presents and provides the owner with an exceptional end product.
David Dryer, Project Manager
Dave acts as a Technical Consultant to Wolf Construction, Inc. providing consultation and subcontractor coordination services. Dave has been actively involved in the mechanical construction business since 1979. He has filled various positions ranging from Apprentice Pipefitter to Vice President of Operations. Dave’s resume includes a vast amount of experience on many of the largest industrial, commercial and municipal construction projects in the area. Dave’s skills and experiences broaden the services and expertise Wolf can offer to its clients.
Brad Kasl
Brad is a recent addition to the Wolf Construction, Inc. management staff. Brad brings with him, great experience from the Pre-Cast Concrete Construction business. Brad’s resume includes significant experience in design, standardization, manufacturing and management.
Chad Shafstall
Chad comes to Wolf Construction, Inc. from the Coast Guard where he served four years as a Lieutenant, based out of Kodiak, Alaska. Through strong initiative and balanced logic, Chad has proven himself as a leader in the field, and a competent Safety Representative. As a Site Safety Representative, Chad provides on-site safety orientations for all new employees, maintains safety training documents, and conducts continuous safety audits on all projects under construction. In addition, Chad conducts job and task specific safety briefings when new or special methods must be followed to insure employee safety.
Zoe Drury
Zoe has provided drafting and design services for manufacturing companies and civil consultants in Northeast Kansas for over 16 years, and was a Field Artillery Surveyor for the Kansas Army National Guard for 5 years. He has a wide range of design experience from parking lot layout design to process piping design. He has worked in the fields of Land Development, Public Works, Water and Wastewater, Surveying and Manufacturing. Zoe’s attention to accuracy and detail promotes the efficiency and quality of the final design.
