Microsoft Project Scheduling Software

Wolf and the project team utilize Microsoft Project scheduling software and actively coordinate work activities with our clients via full-time resource manager. This allows for daily updates to the project schedule, resources allocations and record keeping; all available for review on Compass.

Regular Planning & Progress Meetings

Communication will be supplemented with construction planning/progress meetings, PTAs (pre-task analysis), TDLAs (three-day-look-aheads) and TWLAs (three-week-look-aheads) to ensure a consistent, seamless and coordinated effort.

On-Site Radio Systems

On-site communications will be supplemented by existing on-site radio systems with repeaters.

Tough Books

Tough Books are specialty computers that are mounted in all of our foremen’s trucks. The Tough Books are connected to the internet and allow our foremen to check and post information to Compass.
